1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Vasat Consultancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Services Description
Vasat Consultancy provides digital transformation services including but not limited to strategic marketing, brand advertising, public relations, SaaS solutions, website development, and AI-powered automation solutions. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or contracts.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as required for our services
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the necessary rights to any content or materials you provide
- Make timely payments as agreed in your service contract
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Vasat Consultancy in the course of providing services remains our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. Vasat Consultancy retains the right to use work samples in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit may be required before work commences. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified. Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, client data, technical specifications, and any information marked as confidential.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vasat Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
